IFE Fresh Produce 2006

IFE Fresh Produce 2006 is Russia’s first and only dedicated fresh produce trade fair, and will bring new ideas and new companies to a new market; the hallmark of the successful IFE shows.

The Russian market is rapidly changing and raising the consumption of fruits and vegetables is a strategic target of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development.

The Russian fruit market alone is estimated at about 6 million tonnes annually – over US$1 billion in value – and is now growing at a rate of between 15%-20% per annum, potentially doubling the market size in the next 5 years.
